When you place an order, you provide your name, phone number, and city. This information goes directly to our WhatsApp business line (+964 750 456 2620) to confirm and process your delivery. We do not store your order details on any server — the conversation happens in WhatsApp and you control it there.

Your order history, saved favorites, and preferences (such as language choice) are stored only in your browser's local storage on your own device. None of this is sent to us or to any external server. To erase it, clear your browser or app storage.

If you pay by bank transfer (FIB, FastPay, Qi Card, or TBI), you send us a photo of your receipt via WhatsApp. We use it solely to confirm your payment and then process your order. We do not store or process any payment card details.

We use Vercel Analytics, which collects basic anonymous statistics — for example, how many visitors the app receives and from which general region. No names, phone numbers, device identifiers, or personal data are collected.

When you use the AI Advisor, your messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. Please do not include sensitive personal information — such as your full name, ID number, or detailed medical history — in your messages. Anthropic processes these messages under its own privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy). We do not store your chat history on our servers; the history is kept only on your device and is cleared when you reload the page.

• We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
• We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Since your data is either local to your device or shared only through WhatsApp, you have direct control. To delete local data, clear your browser storage. To manage WhatsApp conversation history, use the WhatsApp app. To request deletion of any data shared with us via WhatsApp, message us directly.
