All prices are listed in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Orders are placed through the app and confirmed via WhatsApp. Payment is accepted as cash on delivery, or by bank transfer (FIB, FastPay, Qi Card, or TBI) with receipt confirmation sent via WhatsApp. An order is not considered confirmed until our team acknowledges it.
We deliver to cities across Iraq. Delivery cost and estimated timing are confirmed via WhatsApp once your order is placed and may vary by location. See our Returns & Delivery Policy for further details.
You may request to cancel an order by contacting us on WhatsApp before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is handled under our Returns & Delivery Policy.
